- To submit your abstract, you should register on the submission system Papercept and get your PIN through the submission form.
- The abstract should be submitted in a pdf format, 1 page, A4 size, less than 500 KByte. There is no templateĀ in spite of the description in the submission wizard by Papercept.
- Only two submissions per author will be reviewed.
- The submitted abstract file will be used for the selection of oral presentations and support for young researchers.
- The abstract file will be distributed as a part of the program book and/or will be publicly accessible on the conference website.
- Please select the session, oral or poster, request the support, input the collaboration name (if you need), on the 'Questionnaire' screen which you can access through the submission form below.
Submission deadline is extended to June 30th.
Selection results will be notified to submitters around the August 10th.
