We will support the active attendance of a limited number of PhD students and
postdoctoral researchers by reimbursing their conference registration fees. Supported students/postdocs have to have an abstract submitted, pay the registration fee through the conference website, and give an oral/poster presentation in the meeting.
The reimbursement will be done only in cash of Japanese yen at the registration desk in the conference site in the afternoons of Tuesday and Wednesday during the conference. The receipt of the registration fee have to be presented for confirmation.
In order to be considered for support, students/postdocs are required to submit the following two documents to support-nn2018@ribf.riken.jp by adding the note of "REQUEST for support" on the subject.
• A brief Curriculum Vitae (including a face photo)
• Abstract submission numberWe are very sorry for senior reserachers that we plan to support financially by giving priority to younger scientists.
The deadline of the submission of the documents is 17:00 PM (JST), 5th September. We will inform the result of the selection by 15thSeptember.
